Telephone Factory Lofts,

A conveted factory with 56 apartments. All ranging from $1000 to $5000 a month to rent. Currently, none are for sale by the building's owner.
The building's view of the Atlanta skyline is unparalled. On the roof there is a deck with is almost breathtaking. The overall environment, is both urban/inudstrial and earthy, with kudu covering anything old that hasn't been renovated(there are many that have been renovated similar to the factory) and old oak trees dotted in small patches of grass around the area.
Right next door a super popular restaraunt was just put in. While almost comical how clashing the two cultures are-retro/artsy at the factory and upscale/rich at 2 urban licks-it is entertaining to have a big expensive restaraunt next door. Sitting behind the lofts with only a fence in between us and the restaraunt, it is kind of funny to be drinking a bud and having a burger on the grill with a cute girlfriend, while next door the guys are paying $100s on a first date. Ha!

You are wrong. This facility is actually Atlanta City Detention Center.
You would be more tremendously more fortunate to end up here rather than within County Lock-up on Rice St.

Colloquially known as the "Disco Kroger," because, during the disco era, a notorious nightspot, the Limelight, was adjacent to it.

I always thought it was the 'ghetto Kroger'. In any case, I've never felt unsafe shopping there. There always sufficient 'normal people' activity, even late at night, at the store itself and the surrounding shops and restaurants.

I agree with search49. The chili is amazing and the plays are even better. I have seen Shakespeare's "A Comedy of Errors" and Dickens's "A Christmas Carol" here. They were both great.
