    No one calls this the super coc!! I think it's another feeble attempt by the CS department to throw it's name on a building they don't own, just like they did with the current CoC. Everyone just calls it "the Klaus Building". The Klaus building is shared between the Electrical and Computer Engineering and the College of Computing.
