I live in the, {old Joyland area,[ since 1959] above Thornton Rd., & Prayor Rd.}, NW of your studio. We are within a mile of you. There are still small nice homes that could be ideal fixer uppers for your various staffs. Our Mayor has been, "Improving" our area. We had improvements with the waterways, [Industrial pipes], installed. Then we had (1.) meeting about the building of METRO STUDIO, [University Ave.]. With promises to assist our young to be trained for media jobs. Nothing ever happened! And we never had meeting #2, yet construction has continued. We have requested a store that would assist the many families in the areas. There are several Senior complexes here, but a Library has been built instead, leaving us in a Food Desert. We have struggled very hard to maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Please let me know if you are interested? We would be good neighbors. Thank You, Janice Hudson, 331 Lincoln St., SW.
